‘Helping people understand and create value in real estate’

Skinner Holden Chartered Surveyors & Property Advisors operate across Southern England, being centrally located on the borders of West Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey at Midhurst.  We act for charities, traditional rural estates, local and central government bodies, entrepreneurs, companies and individuals; providing planning and development advice, valuations and strategic asset management plans for them.

We understand that your interests in property are very important to you.  Our aim is always to provide clear, jargon free advice and assistance whilst acting with integrity, honesty, objectivity and impartiality, ensuring that your commercial interests are protected or enhanced.  If involved in the early stages of a project or development we can help guide you to maximise your return as well as to avoiding the potential pitfalls.

Specialising in Rural Development & Planning

Company Director Iain Skinner BSc (Hons) MRICS  qualified in 1995 as a Chartered Surveyor. Iain has property experience ranging across England from the Scottish borders to Exmoor and from Northumberland to Cambridge and Kent.  Having moved back to the South Downs National Park 10 years ago, Iain took the decision to offer his experience gained whilst working for the largest rural landowners in the UK to help smaller organisations and individuals with their rural property issues.
