Beaconsfield Woodland Burial Park

Iain negotiated the option agreement and lease with the original Colney Woodland Burial Park company.  This enabled Iain to work with the company to search across the estate for the appropriate site.

“We searched across 196 woodlands on the Forest Enterprise Estate in South East England.  This was a complex exercise considering access, topography, geology & topsoils as well as demographics.”

The company then obtained planning permission with support from Forest Enterprise creating the largest new burial site within existing woodlands.  The site is now operated by Greenacres Woodland Burials
